Upon approval, our Customer Service Department will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number together with the necessary instructions to affect your return.
You will receive a response to your request within 24 hours.
Upon satisfactory receipt of the return we will immediately make refund to the credit card from which the purchase was made.
Please allow up to two billing periods for this return amount to appear on your credit card statement.
