RETURNS:
We guarantee your satisfaction on all AlwaysPerfumes.com merchandise. You may request to return most merchandise for a full refund. Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of the original invoice. Thereafter, at our sole discretion. Some products returned within the 7 day policy period may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you have a product that you would like to return, please use our Return Request Form for quick response. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number together with shipping instructions. All items to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
All returns are subject to Customer Service approval. All returned merchandise must be received by us in original saleable condition. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for any refused shipments or non-defective items. Personalized items, opened personal care items, collectible items, closeout and special order merchandise is not returnable. Products may require special handling with returning. Please call for details.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are handled in the same manner as returns. If you wish to make an exchange for the same or different item owing to a product defect or damage from shipping please use our Exchange Request Form. We will provide you with shipping instructions. Upon our receipt of the returned item we will make the exchange requested or credit the amount due to you.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made before 9:00am EST the business morning following the placement of the order. You must use our Order Cancellation Request Form to cancel your order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Although we maintain a real time inventory, AlwaysPerfumes.com can not guarantee the availability of any product listed on this site. Orders for items that are not in stock will be notified via email and cancelled with no charges made. We do not charge for items while they are on back order.

PAYMENT:
AlwaysPerfumes.com items are priced in US Dollars and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Disvover, Diners Club International and JCB. AlwaysPerfumes.com may require additional forms of identification prior to processing a order. Failure to provide requested information will result in order cancellation.
AlwaysPerfumes.com charges applicable sales tax to all items delivered to Florida addresses and is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped elsewhere. For billing inquiries please use our Billing Inquiry Form.

AlwaysPerfumes.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error, AlwaysPerfumes.com will contact you via E-mail with the correct pricing information.
